1970Migration of production of pumps for washing machines from Železniki to Uta in Idrija in the scope of the company ISKRA, Wide Consumption.
1971Migration of production to new premises in Spodnja Idrija.
1989Establishment of the Profit Centre 2 »Small motors« of Iskra Rotomatika.
1992First agreements about cooperation between Rotomatika, Spodnja Idrija, and Alcatel SEL, Landshut.
1993Migration of motors with cut 721 (EM21) from Landshut to Spodnja Idrija (special agreement); in December of the same year, ceremonial signing of the agreement in Bled on the foundation of the joint venture company Ydria Motors d.o.o. owned by Alcatel SEL Gmbh and Rotomatika d.o.o. Peter Schneunert was appointed the general manager of the company.
1994Ydria Motors starts producing small electric motors and fans. 94 employees of Rotomatika join Ydria Motors. Ydria Motors starts on its own.
1997The majority owner Alcatel SEL sells its company in Landshut and its interest in Ydria Motors to the German company ebm, Mulfingen.
2000Rotomatika offers its interest in Ydria Motors to the company mvl from Landshut, Germany.
2001Rotomatika sells its interest in Ydria Motors to the German mvl from Landshut. The management of Ydria Motors, together with owners of the company, informs employees about the planned relocation of the company. Mr. Jošt Rupnik becomes the General Manager and has been successfully running the company since then. Ydria Motors produced 4 million electric motors in 2001, which testified to successful operation in spite of the planned relocation.
2002The company Ydria Motors moves to Podskrajnik near Cerknica because of insufficient production premises and expansion of activities. There the working conditions are much better for all employees.
2003Expansion of EM42 and K 42 production ranges. Opening of new production hall. The company's owner is renamed from mvl Landshut to ebm-papst Landshut.
2004Completed migration of the final products from ebm-papst Landshut.
2005Expansion of the EC motor range.
2006Logistics Centre Slovenia starts operating.
2007Company reorganisation begins and new hall C starts being constructed.
2008Production launch in new production hall C.
2010Competence Centre is established.
2012Started production of large EC fans, the business information system SAP ERP is implemented.
2014Transfer of the product EM30 and thus completed production of motors for domestic appliances.

2016Ydria Motors d.o.o. is renamed to ebm-papst Slovenija d.o.o.
